I participated in a one hour panel discussion about media activism
for the Saturday Morning Live show on CKLN radio in Toronto.

"Ad-Nauseum"
(video documentary)
I was the main interview for an independent documentary called
"Ad-Nauseum". The film was well produced and critically
examined the practice of commercial advertising. Online version

I participated in the The Web
of Change 2002 conference: "...an intimate gathering
of people who are using the Internet to help build a better world
- through their business, non-profit organization, or personal practice."
I conducted a one hour seminar on Group Decision-Makingand
the Common-Forum.
This was a conference I held in London UK for about 50 activists,
designers, programmers, academics and others to meet and discuss
the potential for a new democratic mass media system. Read

Multimedia Minor TA
I was the teaching assistant for the Introduction
to Multimedia course at Ryerson for two semesters. My efforts included
marking, creating the class web
site and giving a few lectures.
Fall 1999 & 2000
New Media class guest
I was an invited guest to help critique and
guide senior students working on interactive TV projects at Ryerson
University. I participated in two classes and gave extra help after
class.
I conducted 4 workshops for multimedia students
at Karlstad University
in Sweden. The students learned everything from basic tools to advanced
interactivity.
